Wellbeing opens the door to high performance; conscious behavior is what keeps it open.
You need high wellbeing for high performance. Performance wellbeing should be at the core of every forward thinking business, career and sport. Every department should be able to uncover recurring individual and collective issues that cause under-performing behavior patterns preventing you from releasing creative potential and achieving the success you deserve. That’s what we do here at DecisionLab.

More About Our Founder
I established DecisionLab Global with a vision to help executive leaders become conscious of what drives their thoughts, decisions and actions at work. With traditional leadership performance programs, the focus is a lot on what leaders do. We focus on who leaders are. Learning about self may take a lifetime, but awareness begins with one decision, discovering you are one team, adding to each other’s strengths, giving strength to other’s weaknesses and feeling confident and safe to express who you truly are.
We’ve observed that in spite of their education and training, most leaders aren’t conscious of and accountable for their behaviors, wellbeing and ultimately their performance, leaving a gap between their good intentions and daily decisions and actions.
Traditional performance improvement programs have failed us. Building a higher-level of performance means challenging ourselves, our wellbeing habits and behavioral patterns in the way we think, feel and act −− in other words, the person who we are.
We help individuals and corporations close this gap through consulting, training and executive coaching, bringing you and your organization to the cutting-edge for addressing the needs of the 21st century.
Our work isn’t solely leader focused. Its person focused. With our science-back, performance wellbeing, conceptual and practical tools for business and life, your leaders are challenged to lead from who they want to be as leaders. We understand from a holistic framework the value of awareness so people can see the whole of themselves.
Hiring us means developing the whole person in order to serve the whole organization.
